Tyson!
Isn't HE fine.mmmm....
I met him once. My mom knows this guy who used to own this store on Melrose. One day, my mom, my cousin, and I went in and looked around while my mom chatted with the owner. There's no one else in the store, mind you. Randomly, some guy wheels his motorcycle into the store, his face shielded by a helmet, and parks right in the middle of the store. The owner didn't even seem to notice. My cousin and I are just sitting there like, "Who the hell just parked their motorcycle in the store? I guess he's a good friend." The guy walks into the back of the store, the stock room, I suppose. So now we're thinking, ok, so he's a friend. How random. A few minutes later, the guy comes back out, helmet off, and you'll never guess who it is. OK, you might. It's Tyson!!!!! Me and my cousin silently melt, while my mother continues to chat with the owner. The owner introduced us briefly, and that was all. Overall, I felt, as FINE as the man is, he was sort of rudely quiet.....
We forgave him.....
I saw him again at the grove once with some small boys I guessed were his sons. It felt as though the moment my best friend and I spotted him, the room became a tad bit warmer. We just stared from a distance and let him continue on with what looked like quality time.
The man is FINE.

Rihanna Gets Bold
Rihanna finally shows Chris Brown fans she means business!!!! According to some random source, this British pop star signed to Sony (the same label as Chris Brown) had asked to meet him, as he is a huge idol of hers. They were going to meet at an after party, but apparently Rihanna found out and had that shut down! She banned the girl from the after party! So now we see what she's made of. But what does this mean for Chris Brown fans everywhere? Probably not a good look for him. After all, he has mentioned before how bad a girlfriend could injure his career. After this "display of affection" from Rihanna, who knows what his fans are thinking. Am I not supposed to like Chris Brown anymore because of Rihanna? What's she gonna do? Beat me up? Threaten all of his fans through myspace messages or make him wear a shirt that says "I'm taken. Don't touch." Where does it go from here? It would be interesting to see. Personally, I thought Rihanna might have a little bit more faith in her game than to feel threatened. We all know she has a hold on him. So her game must be secure. I just wonder if she agrees. I'm not the type to kick someone out for looking at my dude, because it's simple. If he makes a move back, his loss. I'd rather find out how faithful he plans to be than to prevent myself from seeing the truth. But then again....

Blackberry Curve 8900
I did a little research. Right now its only available in Canada and Germany, but it will be out in the US on February 11th I hear. I can't wait! My 2 year contract with T-Mobile is coming to a close, and when it does, I get a new phone! And guess what I have now...... A Sidekick 3. Hard to believe I've had the same one for the whole 2 year plan, because Sidekick 3s were made so cheap. LXs and Slides were made more sturdy. I hate my phone. If I drop it one more time, it might be over and done. So I'm researching phones to get because I know I have to stick with one for 2 years on T-Mobile's plans. I'm ready to get the old curve, not being up to date with blackberries, and my brother tells me he wants the new one. I got on it, and I want it too. Sounds like a great phone. I've never heard any complaints about blackberries other than the typing situation, and I only heard that from a Sidekicker, soooooo......Looks like I'm getting the new Blackberry Curve.

Why I Stopped Skating Early
Worth it for some..... I have soooooo much respect for those who put up with the pain for the love of skating.....but.....

Skate 2
I just played the demo. It looks sick. I made my character a girl, but it kinda sucks because really the game is made for guys. If you make your character a girl, she'll look like a boy anyways. All the clothes are mens. The shoes are huge. Thats not nice. Girls can be skaters and still look like girls. You can do way more tricks on this one. That's cool. Also, the falls are more realistic. Your body doesn't go completely limp like it would on skate one. Instead, you wave your arms in hopes of catching some particle of air that will stop you from falling hard on your face. I like that. Plus, when you get up, the scratches of your wounds are visible. If you fall on your knee, your knew will get bloody or your clothes get ripped and dirty. Your shoes even get worn out. Crazy, right?
Remember that guy that video taped all the stuff on Skate 1? You can see him now!
There's lots of other changes, and some you'll like, some you won't, but in general, Skate 2 looks very promising to be much better than the first.

Kanye West Dunks

I'm sure there are old, but I'm late, so excuse me. I used to looooove dunks and i wanted all of them! I got tired of them though.... I still see a few I'd like, but then I kinda stopped buying shoes and just bought clothes for a while. I don't know why. I guess I just sorta was content with my few pairs of chucks and vans. But I digress. I'm curious to see if other people like these shoes. So let me know! I think they are very creative. I'm not fond of the brown, but I like how the CD cover design is printed with white stripes through it. That's got to be my favorite part.

Frosted Flakes Gold-STAY AWAY
Stay very far away!!! You might buy it thinking, "Oh wow! A new version! It looks good from the outside!" That's not the case.... The box makes you want to buy it, but you'll be very disappointed when you find out that it tastes horrible. Beware.
Single Ladies-Beyonce
This song sucks. I was really liking The Dream up until he wrote and produced this song. Sorry dude. You failed. I heard a snippet of each song from Beyonce's new CD and I didn't like what I heard. Like The Dream, I've been satisfied with Beyonce up until now. SATISFIED. I haven't been extremely pleased though. With the exception of a few songs, like "Upgrade You" and "Dangerously In Love," everything has sounded average to me. But that's my taste. Something is keeping her paid and traveling from country to country to perform for crowds of thousands. I still respect her. Hate the song, annoyed by the dance, but she's handling her business and she's tight for that. Go 'head Beyonce. Keep it up.
